歡迎使用探吉 Sennaby（以下簡稱「探吉」或「本服務」）。本服務由探吉 Sennaby（以下簡稱「我們」）提供。當您下載、安裝或使用探吉，即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）。若您不同意本條款的任何內容，請停止使用本服務。

一、服務說明
探吉是一款投資紀錄與資產分析工具，協助您：
- 彙整多個錢包、券商與市場的交易紀錄。
- 由交易紀錄重建成本、損益、股利、費用與稅金。
- 檢視自己的資產走勢，並與市場指數比較。
- 使用圖片辨識功能，由對帳單或截圖建立交易草稿。
探吉不是證券商、期貨商、投資顧問或其他受金融監理的機構。本服務不提供下單、交易、資產託管或任何金融服務。
二、非投資建議
本服務提供的所有內容——包括報價、走勢、統計、分析與圖表——僅供參考與個人紀錄用途，不構成投資建議、要約、招攬或任何金融商品的推介。
- 市場資料來自第三方來源，可能延遲、缺漏或有誤。我們不保證其正確性、即時性或完整性。
- 資產估值與損益為根據您輸入的資料計算的近似結果，可能與券商對帳單有出入。
- 任何投資決策應由您自行判斷並承擔風險。我們不對您依據本服務內容所做的決策或其結果負責。
三、帳號與身分
探吉採用免註冊設計，無需建立帳號密碼：
- 您的使用者身分由您的 Apple 帳號與 App Store 提供的憑證產生，用於辨識使用者與歸屬資料。
- 請妥善保管您的裝置與 Apple 帳號。透過您的裝置或帳號所為的行為，視為您本人的行為。
- 投資帳本以裝置本機儲存為原則。更換裝置、移除 App 或清除資料前，請先使用 App 內的備份功能；因未備份導致的資料遺失，我們可能無法為您復原。
四、使用者內容
您在本服務中建立或提供的內容——包括交易紀錄、上傳的對帳單與截圖、回饋訊息與附件（以下簡稱「使用者內容」）——仍屬於您。
- 為提供功能，您授權我們在必要範圍內處理使用者內容，包括傳送至伺服器及第三方服務進行自動化辨識與解析。
- 您保證您有權提供上述內容，且內容不侵害第三人權利、不違反法律或您與其他服務之間的約定。
- 請避免上傳與功能無關、或包含他人個人資料的內容。
五、付費與訂閱
本服務目前免費提供。我們未來可能推出付費訂閱或其他付費項目，屆時：
- 付費項目將透過 Apple App Store 購買；價格、扣款、自動續訂與退款，依 Apple 的相關條款辦理。
- 我們會在購買前清楚標示付費項目的內容與價格。
- 免費功能的範圍可能隨服務發展調整。
六、使用規範
使用本服務時，您同意不從事以下行為：
- 對本服務進行逆向工程、反編譯、破解或規避技術保護措施（法律明文允許者除外）。
- 以自動化方式大量存取、擷取資料，或干擾本服務及其伺服器的正常運作。
- 將本服務用於任何違法目的，或侵害他人權利。
- 冒用他人身分，或以不正當方式取得、使用他人的資料。
若您違反上述約定，我們得暫停或終止您使用本服務的權利。
七、智慧財產權
本服務的軟體、介面設計、文字、圖像、商標及其他內容，均屬我們或我們的授權人所有，受著作權、商標及其他智慧財產權法律保護。除本條款明示允許或法律另有規定外，未經我們書面同意，您不得重製、改作、散布或以其他方式利用。
八、免責聲明
本服務依「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供。在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不就本服務不中斷、無錯誤、符合特定目的或資料正確性，提供任何明示或默示的擔保。
九、責任限制
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本服務所生的任何間接、附隨、衍生或懲罰性損害（包括投資損失、利潤損失或資料遺失），我們不負賠償責任。若依法我們仍應負責，我們的賠償總額，以您於請求發生前十二個月內就本服務實際支付的金額為上限；若您未曾支付任何費用，則以新臺幣一千元為上限。本條不適用於依法不得預先排除或限制的責任。
十、服務變更與終止
- 我們得隨時新增、調整或移除本服務的部分或全部功能。
- 若本服務將全面停止營運，我們會在合理期間前以適當方式通知，讓您有機會匯出或備份資料。
- 您得隨時停止使用本服務並移除 App。
十一、隱私
我們如何蒐集與處理您的資料，請參閱隱私權政策。隱私權政策構成本條款的一部分。
十二、條款修改
我們可能因功能、營運或法律要求修改本條款。修改時，我們會更新頁面上的「最後更新日期」；若變更可能重大影響您的權益，我們會以適當方式通知。您於修改生效後繼續使用本服務，視為同意修改後的條款。
十三、準據法與管轄
本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法。因本條款或本服務所生的爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺中地方法院為第一審管轄法院；但法律有專屬管轄或消費者保護之強制規定者，從其規定。

Welcome to Sennaby ("Sennaby" or "the Service"). The Service is provided by Sennaby ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Sennaby, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("these Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service.
Summary
- Sennaby is an investment record-keeping and portfolio analysis tool. It is not a broker and does not provide investment advice.
- Market data comes from third-party sources and is for reference only; investment decisions are yours alone, at your own risk.
- Your investment ledger is stored on your device by default — back it up before switching devices or removing the app.
- The Service is currently free; any future paid features will be clearly labeled and sold through the App Store.

1. What Sennaby Is
Sennaby is an investment record-keeping and portfolio analysis tool that helps you:
- Consolidate transactions across multiple wallets, brokers, and markets.
- Rebuild cost basis, gains and losses, dividends, fees, and taxes from your transactions.
- View your own asset curve and compare it against market indexes.
- Create transaction drafts from statements or screenshots using image recognition.
Sennaby is not a securities broker, futures dealer, investment adviser, or any other regulated financial institution. The Service does not place orders, execute trades, hold custody of assets, or provide any financial services.
2. Not Investment Advice
Everything the Service provides — including quotes, trends, statistics, analysis, and charts — is for reference and personal record-keeping only, and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation of any financial product.
- Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness.
- Valuations and profit-and-loss figures are approximations computed from the data you enter, and may differ from your broker's statements.
- All investment decisions are yours to make and yours to bear. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service or their outcomes.
3. Account and Identity
Sennaby is designed to work without registration — no username or password is required:
- Your user identity is derived from credentials provided by your Apple account and the App Store, and is used to identify you and associate your data.
- Please keep your device and Apple account secure. Actions taken through your device or account are treated as your own.
- Your investment ledger is stored on your device by default. Before switching devices, removing the app, or clearing its data, please use the in-app backup feature; we may not be able to recover data lost because no backup was made.
4. Your Content
Content you create or provide in the Service — including transaction records, uploaded statements and screenshots, and feedback messages with attachments ("Your Content") — remains yours.
- To provide the Service's features, you grant us the right to process Your Content as needed, including sending it to our servers and third-party services for automated recognition and parsing.
- You represent that you have the right to provide such content, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights, violate the law, or breach your agreements with other services.
- Please avoid uploading content that is unrelated to the feature you are using or that contains other people's personal data.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid subscriptions or other paid features in the future, in which case:
- Paid features will be sold through the Apple App Store; pricing, billing, auto-renewal, and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable terms.
- We will clearly describe what a paid feature includes and its price before you purchase.
- The scope of free features may change as the Service evolves.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or circumvent technical protection measures of the Service (except where expressly permitted by law).
- Access or scrape the Service in bulk through automated means, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service or its servers.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
- Impersonate another person, or obtain or use another person's data through improper means.
If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your right to use the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service's software, interface design, text, images, trademarks, and other content belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or otherwise exploit them without our written consent.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or that its data will be accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including investment losses, lost profits, or data loss. Where we are nevertheless held liable, our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose; if you have never paid anything, the cap is NT$1,000. This section does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10. Changes to and Termination of the Service
- We may add, adjust, or remove some or all features of the Service at any time.
- If the Service is to be discontinued entirely, we will give notice through appropriate means within a reasonable period beforehand, so you have the opportunity to export or back up your data.
- You may stop using the Service and remove the app at any time.
11. Privacy
For how we collect and process your data, please see our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms for feature, operational, or legal reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page; if a change may materially affect your rights, we will provide notice through appropriate means. By continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taiwan Taichung District Court shall be the court of first instance for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where the law provides for exclusive jurisdiction or mandatory consumer-protection rules.
